  • ½ cup green peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional for spice)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  1. If using fresh rice, spread it out on a plate to cool for a few minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Eggs

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them for 1–2 minutes until cooked.
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Stir-Fry Vegetables

  1. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
