  • 500g chicken breast (cut into cubes)

  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 4-5 dried red chilies
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare the chicken: Coat the chicken cubes with cornstarch and shallow fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Heat sesame oil in a wok, then add garlic, ginger, dried chilies, and stir-fry until fragrant.
