- 500g chicken breast (cut into cubes)

- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 4-5 dried red chilies
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Prepare the chicken: Coat the chicken cubes with cornstarch and shallow fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.
