  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional for spice)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl (if using) and set aside.

Step 2: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
