Peanut Chutney

Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chilies
  • ½ teaspoon tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup water

For Tempering

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 5-6 curry leaves

Step 1: Blend the Chutney

  1. Blend peanuts, garlic, green chilies, tamarind paste, salt, and water into a smooth paste.

Step 2: Temper & Serve

  1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, pour over the chutney.
  2. Serve with idli, dosa, or upma.
