Samosa
Samosa is a crispy, deep-fried snack filled with a spicy potato and green pea mixture. It is one of the most popular Indian snacks, enjoyed with chutney or ketchup.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Water (for kneading)
For Filling
- 3 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- ½ cup green peas
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Mix flour, oil, salt, and add water to knead a firm dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, then add potatoes, peas, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Shape & Fry
- Roll out the dough, cut into halves, fold into cones, and fill with potato mixture.
