Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Water (for kneading)

  • 3 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • ½ cup green peas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. Mix flour, oil, salt, and add water to knead a firm dough.
  2. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Filling

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, then add potatoes, peas, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Shape & Fry

  1. Roll out the dough, cut into halves, fold into cones, and fill with potato mixture.
