Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon salt
Water (for kneading)
For Filling
3 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
½ cup green peas
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Mix flour, oil, salt , and add water to knead a firm dough.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes .
Step 2: Make the Filling
Heat oil, add cumin seeds , then add potatoes, peas, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt .
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes .
Step 3: Shape & Fry
Roll out the dough, cut into halves, fold into cones, and fill with potato mixture.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup .
